We are holding two Family Yoga Community Class prior to the 3-day Rainbow Kids Yoga Teacher Training. Come and feel the vibe of Rainbow Kids Yoga!

- You can join on your own or take 1 child with you for free. The second child will be charged for 300NT.
- Kids participating must be 3-9 years old.
- Qualifications for admission to the studio are for participants only. Non-participants should not await in the studio. Sorry for any inconveniences caused.

Course Overview
The 3-day Rainbow Kids Yoga Teacher Training is a comprehensive, intensive and practical certification course. Be prepared to practice and learn to teach yoga while laughing, dancing, playing and singing! The Rainbow Kids Yoga Teacher Training is well rounded and intensive, with practical theory, discussions and TONS OF FUN! Most importantly, you will come out with immediate tangible knowledge and tons of fabulous ideas to create original, captivating and fun yoga experiences for kids of all ages, anywhere in the world.

Our trainings are packed full with practical tools for you to create infinite number of fun and engaging yoga classes that are sure to capture the children and the parent’s hearts.
Completion Provides
- Rainbow Yoga is a Registered School of Yoga and a Registered Children’s Yoga Training with Yoga Alliance (USA), Yoga Alliance (UK) and Yoga Australia.
- RKY Internationally Recognized Certificate
- Registration and listing on the RKY website
- 28 hours of CEU credits for Yoga Alliance.
- On the first day of training you will receive your RKY Mini manual (printed version), along with a general course plan. The RKY Complete manual (PDF version) will be sent to you via email on Monday following your training.

Christina is a talented actress and has been working in sports and education for more than a decade.
Rainbow Kids Yoga Asian Senior Trainer, Christina believes ‘fun’ is the key to motivate people to change their behavior for better. Fun leads to laughter and happiness, fun is a ‘serious matter’ because it can change the world.
Christina love to design and produce event which combine art, drama, dance, music and fitness for kids and adults. The idea was generated through her education and experience as an English teacher in kindergartens, stage performer, commercial actress, fitness instructor and MC/host of many live events and shows. Christina experienced that through these fun events, people changed the way they saw fitness and yoga and could apply it in a way that changed their lives.
Christina believes having fun, playing and laughing are so important no matter what you do and what age you are. “We all could learn a lot from kids… if we can sing like a kid, dance like a kid, do yoga like a kid, then happiness will be ours."
